Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide occupational therapy services to students across grades K-12 within a dynamic school environment in Aurora, CO. This contract position supports student development by enhancing their ability to participate fully in academic and social activities through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized strategies that meet students functional and educational needs.
  • Document and maintain accurate treatment records and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
  • Adapt therapeutic techniques to support diverse learning and developmental profiles.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and compliance training.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with school-aged children (K-12), with ability to serve multiple grade levels.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to supporting student wellbeing and success in an educational setting.
  • Flexibility to work part-time or full-time schedules; part-time candidates are encouraged to apply.
