Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain before starting)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working within school-based or pediatric settings
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other school professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Maintain accurate case notes and contribute to required documentation
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Partner with educators and families to support student progress
- Uphold ethical standards and stay current with best practices in school-based SLP
