Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a vital member of a collaborative educational team, you’ll deliver evidence-based speech-language services to help children achieve academic and social success. Full-time schedules and specific caseloads will be discussed personally during your interview to ensure a supportive and tailored match for your skillset and preferences.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain before starting)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working within school-based or pediatric settings
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other school professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy for students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Maintain accurate case notes and contribute to required documentation
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
  • Partner with educators and families to support student progress
  • Uphold ethical standards and stay current with best practices in school-based SLP
