Job Description

We are looking for a commercial construction worker that would like to trade in your tools and learn the recruiting trade.

Responsibilities

Accurately maintain and update applicant and employee data within operational software systems.
Conduct interviews with potential candidates to evaluate work ethic, skills, and abilities.
Conducts pre-employment screening and reference checks as needed.
Facilitates employee orientation training and client-specific testing.

Job Requirements

Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.
Strong team player with a high level of respect & appreciation for diversity.
Flexibility to adapt to a frequently-changing business environment.
Dependability and reliability.
Ability to analyze information quickly to make decisions and solve problems.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) skills may be required.
Qualifications
Familiarity with or experience in an industrial, Commercial Construction and manufacturing or logistics environment is a plus.
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
