Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines and producing high-quality embroidered products. On site training is available. Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Operate embroidery machines to embroider designs onto various materials such as hats, shirts, bags, and more</li>
<li>Load and unload materials onto the embroidery machines</li>
<li>Ensure machines are properly threaded and functioning correctly</li>
<li>Adjust machine settings to optimize embroidery quality and speed</li>
<li>Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance on machines</li>
<li>Organize and maintain inventory of embroidery supplies</li>
<li>Collaborate with designers and other team members to create custom designs</li>
</ul>
 Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Prior experience operating embroidery machines perferred, but not limited to.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Good communication and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Basic computer skills and ability to read and understand digital designs</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 30 pounds</li>
<li>Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime as needed</li>
