Our mission is to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services that connect communities and improve mobility.We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing operations team. In this essential role, you’ll manage daily fleet schedules, coordinate driver assignments, and ensure smooth communication between drivers and support teams to keep our services running efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
- Assign drivers based on location, availability, and service demand
- Monitor fleet activity and performance in real time
- Communicate route instructions, updates, and changes clearly to drivers
- Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle usage, and driver assignments
- Respond quickly to service disruptions or emergencies
- Collaborate with internal departments to support operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in dispatching, logistics, or fleet coordination
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with routing or dispatch software (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license required
