QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR CARD PERSONALIZATION AND PRODUCTION SPECIALIST
- Associate's/Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in IT support, data processing, or production support
- Strong understanding of file processing and data validation
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux systems
- Basic SQL or scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python)
Preferred Qualifications:
- EMV personalization or chip data preparation experience
- Job scheduling or automation tool experience
- Familiarity with card bureau or financial services production
- Strong problem-solving ability in high-volume environments
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full‑time, on‑site role in our secure card production environment. The position may require shift work, weekend work, and on‑call support, depending on production demand and operational needs.
WHAT TO EXPECT AS A CARD PERSONALIZATION AND PRODUCTION SPECIALIST
In this Card Personalization and Production Specialist role, you'll step onto the production floor each day ready to ensure smooth, secure card personalization operations. You'll monitor jobs across EMV, magstripe, and contactless processes, troubleshooting embossing, encoding, and print workflows as soon as issues arise. You'll serve as Level 1 IT support for the systems powering production, validating and processing essential data files, analyzing discrepancies, and performing recovery tasks such as job restarts and reprocessing. As you collaborate with teams across the facility, you'll also uphold PCI DSS compliance and assist in onboarding new card programs like Mastercard and Visa.
