About Us
We are a high-performing real estate investment company that identifies, acquires, renovates, and sells high-value real estate assets. From underwriting and capital raising to project execution and investor relations, we manage the full lifecycle of each deal. As we scale toward launching a $100M Regulation D 506(b) real estate fund, we’re building out a powerhouse internal team—and we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to directly support our CEO/COO in maximizing productivity and driving growth.
This is an independent contractor (1099) position, not an employment opportunity and the hourly rate is up to $31.25/hour
In office Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in enabling leadership to focus on high-level priorities like business development, fundraising, and investor engagement. This person will manage schedules, communications, and operational tasks, ensuring the CEO/COO stays focused and organized. You’ll be trusted with sensitive information, help streamline company processes, and serve as a reliable right hand to the executive team.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage CEO/COO calendar, appointments, and meetings
Screen emails and manage high-level correspondence
Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
Coordinate investor meetings, internal briefings, and vendor calls
Task & Project Management
Track and delegate tasks in Podio and Monday.com
Manage internal deadlines and recurring check-ins
Help coordinate team and project updates across departments
Communication & Coordination
Draft communications, proposals, and presentation support
Serve as a point of contact for vendors, partners, and stakeholders
Coordinate with Office Manager, Project Manager, and Underwriting team as needed
Assist with internal and investor event planning
Administrative Support
Handle basic reporting, data entry, and expense tracking
Book travel, organize files, and order executive supplies
Support recruiting and onboarding efforts when needed
Qualifications
1+ years of experience supporting a senior executive or founder
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Experience in real estate, investing, or a high-growth startup is a plus
Tech-savvy with fluency in Google Workspace, Podio, and Monday.com
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with sensitive information
Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, in-office environment
