Responsibilities You’ll Own

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy, using play-based, evidence-backed techniques tailored to each child

Track and record session data accurately

Collaborate with families and team members to ensure cohesive care and treatment plan alignment
Who You Are

High school diploma or equivalent required (some college coursework is a bonus)

Passionate about supporting children, curious to learn, and driven to grow in the field

Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations

Reliable with transportation; a valid driver’s license is preferred, especially for?in-home care roles

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Age 18 or older

No previous ABA experience needed—we will train you

Strong passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and families

Willingness to be supervised and collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish) or background in psychology, education, special education, childcare, or related fields is a plus
