altScripts Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a patient-focused community pharmacist to help oversee pharmacy operations, ensure the highest standards of clinical and regulatory compliance, and provide exceptional care to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Dispensing medications accurately and verify prescriptions for interactions with other drugs or conditions
• Advise physicians and health practitioners on the interactions and side effects of medications
• Provide patients with pertinent drug information and consultation
• Support the pharmacy team, including technicians, pharmacists and student interns, with daily pharmacy operations
• Provide non-vaccine injections
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate prescription records

​Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree
• Active and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin
• Strong communication, and leadership skills, including team management and delegation of responsibilities
• Commitment to patient safety, accuracy, and ethical practice
• Proficiency in pharmacy information systems and Microsoft Office applications
