Job Description

About all.health

all.health is a San Francisco-based health-tech startup building a device-enabled health management platform deployed through healthcare partners. The Logistics and Fulfillment Center supports physical delivery, return handling, inventory control, and operational traceability for all.health’s participant-facing device workflows.

About the role

all.health is hiring a hands-on Logistics and Fulfillment Center Operations Lead to help prepare, launch, and operate our San Francisco logistics hub.

This is not a traditional warehouse-only role. The successful candidate will operate as a player/coach: hands-on enough to run daily physical fulfillment work directly, disciplined enough to refine and document the operating process, and capable of training and supervising temporary or full-time staff as volume scales. This is a highly hands-on role suited for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable building operational structure in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Logistics & Fulfillment Operations
    • Execute daily fulfillment, shipping, receiving, staging, and return workflows
    • Prepare and verify outbound shipments using ERP and shipping systems
    • Coordinate carrier pickups and shipment handoff activities
    • Maintain organized staging, packing, receiving, and inventory areas
    • Support reverse logistics and return intake processes
  • Inventory Control
    • Own inventory accuracy across all materials and pre-packaged device kits within the logistics hub
    • Perform receiving, putaway, cycle counts, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution
    • Maintain physical inventory organization, traceability, and segregation of materials
    • Reconcile inventory against ERP, shipping, and workflow records
    • Escalate inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or process exceptions
  • Process Development & Operational Readiness
    • Help refine and operationalize workflows prior to launch
    • Develop SOPs, checklists, training materials, and visual controls
    • Conduct workflow testing, time studies, and layout reviews to improve efficiency and scalability
    • Identify operational bottlenecks, process gaps, and physical flow issues
    • Support continuous improvement efforts using operational metrics and observations
  • Team Support & Operational Discipline
    • Help train and oversee temporary labor or additional staff as volume grows
    • Reinforce SOP adherence, organization, safety, and quality standards
    • Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
    • Support a disciplined, audit-ready operating environment

Qualifications

  • Required
    • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse, inventory control, or related operations
    • Strong hands-on experience with inventory management and fulfillment workflows
    • Experience using ERP, shipping, or inventory management systems
    • Ability to build and improve operational processes in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and operational discipline
    • Comfortable working in a highly hands-on role
    • Ability to work onsite in San Francisco

  • Preferred
    • Experience in healthcare, medical device, regulated, or process-driven environments
    • Familiarity with SOP development, inventory controls, audit trails, or quality-focused operations
    • Experience with reverse logistics, returns processing, or high-accountability inventory environments
    • Serialized inventory, regulated products, ISO, GMP-like or similarly controlled operations
    • Familiarity with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies
    • Startup or early-stage operational experience

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the workday
  • Ability to safely use pallet jacks and perform hands-on material handling tasks
