What You'll Do:
- Hunt & close new business across construction, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Build deep, lasting relationships with decision-makers and project leads.
- Develop and deliver job estimates using your technical or mechanical know-how.
- Identify high-value opportunities and craft customized proposals to win the work.
- Drive margin by understanding job complexity, cost structure, and risk.
What You Bring:
- Experience in crane rental/crane service, equipment rental, construction, or a related field - or the fire to learn it fast.
- Hunter mentality. You're proactive, persistent, and don't wait around for leads.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the confidence to close.
- Mechanical aptitude and critical thinking for estimating and job setup.
- High-level organization and the ability to manage multiple deals at once.
