Summary

FamilyCare Health Centers is looking for a data-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. Originally established as a provider of women’s health services, we have continued to grow to meet the needs of our community. With 21 locations and five mobile units, and a legacy of providing excellent, accessible care for 35 years, we are dedicated to serving the entire family and making our community healthier and stronger. Our mission is to remain steadfastly committed to providing comprehensive care leading to healthy communities where our patients live, work or go to school.

Job Description:

  • Work with the Marketing and Communications Manager to plan and execute outreach strategies that effectively describe and promote FamilyCare Health Centers.
  • Produce content for FamilyCare including but not limited to graphics, website design and content, company brochures and fact sheets, posters and flyers, or other promotional products in tandem with the Marketing & Communications Manager.
  • Produce email and social media content using various platforms to drive engagement and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage marketing inventory and order supplies for various sites.
  • Assist Outreach Department with community engagement by promoting FamilyCare Health Centers at community events, as needed.
  • Coordinate with FamilyCare providers and partners to manage consistent marketing communications with them and make FamilyCare marketing materials available.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication Studies, or other related field.
    1. Preference given to applicants with:
      • 2+ years of marketing experience
      • Experience working in healthcare or non-profit work
      • Experience working with Canva
  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively both independently and with others
  • Strong writing skills using brand and style guidelines
  • Strong communications skills working with and in teams
  • Ability to develop and manage detailed timetables (or project plans) involving multiple individuals and to meet deadlines
