Job DescriptionHM Brown Automotive is seeking a Labeling & Document Prep Administrator to join the growing back-office support team in Centennial, CO!

Position Overview:

The Labeling & Document Prep Administrator plays a key role in supporting the automotive sales and delivery process by ensuring all customer and vehicle documentation is accurate, complete, and prepared on time. This position works closely with Automotive Brokers and dealership leadership to support smooth, compliant vehicle deliveries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Label and process vehicle deals using the Customer Relationship Management tool -Dealertrack and Vin Solutions
  • Verify, update, and maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
  • Assign stock numbers to vehicles and verify applicable tax rates
  • Complete data entry across proprietary and non-proprietary systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Prepare drafts and checks for dealerships, purchases, and inception
  • Prepare all required documentation needed by brokers to complete successful vehicle deliveries
  • Maintain current, organized, and readily available office forms for broker use
  • Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as requested by the General Sales Manager (GSM) or General Manager (GM)

Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening for illegal substances
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
