We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Secretary to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and proficiency in computer operations. Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Greeting visitors and providing assistance as needed.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for office staff.
- Assisting with office organization and administrative tasks.
- Creating and maintaining documents and spreadsheets using Google Docs or Microsoft Docs.
- Coordinating meetings and events, including room bookings and creating arrangements.
- Providing administrative support to various departments as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office secretary or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in computer operations and software applications, including Google Docs or Microsoft Docs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- **Paralegal experience is a plus**
Responsibilities: Similar to day shift - Answering phones, scheduling, and tracking leads/jobs.
