Manager, FP&A

Summary Description
Aramsco is looking for an experienced FP&A team member to enhance the financial analysis, accountability and reporting under the sales and operations functions of the business. This position will report to the Director, FP&A and dotted-line to the EVP Sales and Operations in the U.S. business, who is responsible for managing all of the sales assets and site operations of the U.S. business. The Manager, FP&A will be a partner to the EVP Sale and Operations, supporting them with financial analysis to help them make the best fact-based decisions for the business. They will also be responsible for managing the budget process for the business units reporting to the EVP Sales and Operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet the needs of the business.:
· Sales and Operations KPI Tracking
· Prepare monthly Region. District and Site Profit and Loss Statements
· Perform variance analysis of performance to budget and prior year
· Work with Business Intelligence Tools and Implement Dashboard reporting
· Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
· Support Preparation and Maintenance of the Annual Budget / Rolling Forecast Model
· ROI analysis for projects including capital investments
· Produce Ad hoc reports and analysis for management
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting/Finance) plus 5+ years of FP&A experience required
· Highest standards of accuracy and precision
· Ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, and suggest solutions, and communicate the output to other team members
· Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and to complete assignments in a timely manner with great attention to detail
· Strong writing and verbal communication skills
· Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff
· Experience with Tableau and Adaptive Insights preferred
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
