Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dynamic K-12 school in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expertly guided behavioral support for students throughout the academic year. This contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to work closely with educators and support staff in implementing effective behavior intervention plans that enhance student learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support teams to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data-driven outcomes.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to staff to promote positive behavioral practices.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute behavior-related expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA certification.
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
