Position Opening – Payroll Representative

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurately entering and maintaining program data, time records, and payroll information.
- Review time/payroll for accuracy and resolving discrepancies
- Assist with payroll processing, report preparation and maintaining organized records.
- Respond to basic payroll inquiries
- Support audits by compiling documentation
- Perform general administrative duties to support program operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience payroll processing
This position is a full-time, 40-hour per week, on-site position, Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM. The compensation for this role is between $19.23 - $21.63 an hour and is based on experience in the field. To apply, send resume and cover letter to Alex Older at AOlder@esdel.org
