Salary Range: $140,000 - $191,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are consistently met.
- Develop and manage the plant budget, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation to achieve financial objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing plant team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and employee engagement.
- Implement and enforce all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe working environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Ensure product quality meets specified standards and customer requirements through robust quality control processes.
- Manage equipment maintenance and reliability programs to maximize uptime and operational efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field
- 5-7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years as a Plant Manager or Assistant Plant Manager
- Proven track record in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize production processes, and lead large, diverse teams
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality systems (e.g., ISO), and environmental compliance
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proven experience with Industry 4.0 technologies or advanced automation implementation
- Track record of successful new product introduction (NPI) and scale-up initiatives
- Proficiency in a second language relevant to the company's workforce or global operations
