We are looking for a Logistics and Customer Solutions Coordinator near Rochester, MI to streamline operations between a company and key industry partners. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely shipments, accurate pricing adjustments, and seamless client communications. What You’ll Do:Data & Logistics Management

  • Track and analyze orders, inventory levels, and shipment schedules to maintain efficiency.

  • Create reports and insights to identify trends and optimize supply chain performance.

  • Ensure accuracy in all logistics-related data to support smooth operations.

Client Relations & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipments, pricing updates, and logistics inquiries.

  • Address concerns and provide proactive solutions to ensure high client satisfaction.

  • Foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external business partners.

Administrative & Compliance Support

  • Oversee import/export documentation to maintain regulatory compliance.

  • Review customer contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and pricing structures.

  • Interpret sales agreements and product details to align logistics with business objectives.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or customer service (preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to support internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.



Pay Details: $23.00 to $29.00 per hour
