• Assist with receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and maintaining a friendly and organized office environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient communication and workflow across departments.
• Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
• Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary to maintain stock levels.
• Support event planning and coordination, including scheduling and logistical arrangements.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Utilize software tools, such as Excel and CRM platforms, to track and manage data effectively.• Proven experience in administrative support or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with data entry and managing databases.
