Key Responsibilities:
- Gather essential information from new residents during the admission process.
- Document health metrics for residents, including vital signs and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections as required.
- Provide treatment and care for wounds and bedsores.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when necessary.
- Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene tasks.
- Monitor residents’ food and fluid intake and output.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid LPN state license.
- Must be in good standing with the state registry.
