Position Summary
The Reservations / Revenue Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Reservations Department while supporting revenue optimization strategies. This role ensures accuracy across reservation systems, leads and develops the reservations team, and partners closely with Sales and Front Office leadership to deliver outstanding guest service and operational efficiency.
This position reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the Reservations Department and supervise a team of reservation and group coordination staff

Ensure system accuracy and alignment between Opera and Delphi

Oversee the G3 (IDEAS) revenue management system and implement necessary adjustments

Review and ensure accuracy of individual, group, and third-party reservations

Partner with Sales Managers to support group and client bookings

Read and execute group resumes daily, including billing instructions, routing, alerts, and packages

Monitor in-house groups to ensure adherence to rates, billing, vouchers, and room instructions

Manage monthly reconciliation for third-party reservations (e.g., Expedia, Hotels.com) and travel agency commissions

Run and analyze operational reports such as arrivals, departures, in-house rate checks, and group rooming lists

Recruit, train, coach, and develop reservations staff, including onboarding and ongoing training

Create staff schedules and manage payroll for the department

Support Front Desk operations as needed, including guest check-in/check-out and payment resolution

Maintain service standards, respond to guest feedback, and promote “Raving Fan” service culture

Ensure adherence to grooming, uniform, and company service standards

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

1–3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality reservations, preferably in a front office environment

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Proficiency with hotel reservation and revenue management systems

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Education

High school diploma preferred

Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus
