Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between residents, vendors, and field technicians within the real estate and property industry. Your ability to provide exceptional service and maintain strong relationships will be key to the success of this position.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee communication with technicians regarding work orders, including scheduling, dispatching, and setting clear expectations.
• Investigate maintenance chargebacks to verify legitimacy and approve charges to residents' accounts.
• Ensure service calls are completed satisfactorily, representing both the client and the company.
• Address emergency requests and client escalations with a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Build and nurture strong, detail-oriented relationships with vendors and technicians.
• Respond to vendor inquiries, quotes, and questions within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Manage resident complaints and escalate them as necessary.
• Schedule in-house work orders directly with residents to ensure timely completion.
• Arrange move-out inspections with residents and assign them to field project managers.
• Record service requests from residents accurately and promptly in the Service Maintenance Portal.• Proven experience in handling inbound and outbound calls within a customer service or call center environment.
• Strong skills in data entry and order processing.
• Proficiency in email correspondence with clients and vendors.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in the real estate or property industry is a plus.
