Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility
- Current or working toward SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status
- Experience or strong interest in early childhood/preschool settings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage scheduling and caseload efficiently
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech/language assessments for preschool, private, and nonpublic school students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver evidence-based speech services in group and individual settings
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student development
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services
