A-Line Staffing is now hiring Coordinator II, Office Services (Payor Relations) – Remote.
The Coordinator II would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

Coordinator II Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $17.50 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Coordinator II Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts (start times between 7:30am – 9:30am)

Coordinator II Responsibilities

  • Complete credentialing, contract renewals, and state licensing processes
  • Generate and renew provider credentials, maintain and verify payor participation and demographics
  • Submit network application forms, contracts, and associated documents
  • Review participation and limited participation contracts for relevant terms
  • Project and analyze financial data from contracts and evaluate payor performance
  • Disseminate contract and payor policy information to internal stakeholders
  • Maintain payor relations files, databases, and resources
  • Prepare payor-related reporting and support internal communications
  • Provide administrative support to Payor Relations Manager and company leadership

Coordinator II Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance verification, medical billing, paralegal work, project management, or contract administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with ability to learn new software
  • Strong communication, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare credentialing, contract negotiation, or state licensing
  • Knowledge of telecommunications/call center systems
