• Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various office tasks.
• Schedule appointments effectively, ensuring no overlaps or scheduling conflicts.
• Organize files, keeping the office space neat and orderly.
• Perform scanning tasks, ensuring all necessary documents are digitized.
• Demonstrated experience in Administrative Assistance
• Proven ability in Customer Service
• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with EPIC
