Job DescriptionDegree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities
Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities
Support students individually and in small groups
Implement behavior and academic support plans
Assist with classroom organization and documentation
Promote student engagement and participation
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff
Support students with special needs in educational settings
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree, 48 college credits, or passage of a paraprofessional assessment may be required by the district
Previous experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
