Bradford House OKC, a boutique café and hotel located in the heart of Oklahoma City, is looking for a dedicated and hospitality-driven Barista to join our team. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Barista at Bradford House, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both hotel guests and local patrons. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Crafting espresso beverages, coffee, tea, and other café offerings with precision and care.
- Providing warm, personalized service that makes every guest feel special.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and beautifully presented café space.
- Accurately handling POS transactions.
- Assisting with pastry service, restocking, and opening/closing duties.
- Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and seamless service.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who shares our passion for boutique hospitality and attention to detail. Here’s what makes a great fit for our team:
- Experience: Previous barista or café experience is preferred but not required.
- Personality: Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor.
- Skills: Ability to multitask during busy service periods while maintaining a strong focus on cleanliness and presentation.
- Availability: Weekend availability is required.
- Passion: A genuine interest in coffee, boutique hospitality, and creating elevated guest experiences.
