Job Type: Entry Level, Part-Time, Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an entry-level HVAC Installer to assist our experienced technicians with the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and has a strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities:

Assist senior installers with the installation of HVAC systems
Transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing work areas
Measure, cut, and install ductwork, piping, and other components
Assist in connecting electrical wiring and refrigerant lines
Follow safety guidelines and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Reliable transportation to the Buda office
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment up to 100 lbs
Able to tolerate temperatures above 120 for extended periods of time
Able to work overtime, nights, and weekend hours
Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
Basic mechanical aptitude and hand tools
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical school or vocational training in HVAC
Previous experience in outdoor weather or a related field
