We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to become a part of our team!
You will work closely with our team of Loan Officers throughout the entire mortgage process.
Responsibilities:
- Take a complete mortgage loan application
- Collect all required documents from clients and counterparties
- Input data into Loan Origination Software
- Service existing and develop new referral networks to locate prospects for loans
- Handle customer communication
Qualifications:
- Real estate/Mortgage experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Organized
- Spanish speaking a plus
