We’re a family-owned plumbing company who operates in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, Conejo and Simi Valleys and we need someone who actually knows what they’re doing.
This is piecework. You show up, you fix it, you get paid. Repeat.
This is for you if:
• You know plumbing code — not just the basics, actually know it.
• You have your own tools and a reliable vehicle.
• You live in or around the San Fernando or Santa Clarita Valley — local means local.
• You’re good at diagnosing and fixing residential service calls without someone walking you through it.
• You want the freedom of 1099 without having to chase down your own customers.
• You answer your phone — every time, or you call back fast.
This is NOT for you if:
• You need a supervisor on every job.
• Your truck breaks down every other week.
• You’re fuzzy on code and hoping nobody notices.
• You need one gig to pay all your bills — we get busy and we get slow, that’s the nature of it.
• You live 45 minutes away and plan to fight traffic to every job — or cut out early to beat it home.
• You let calls go to voicemail and get back to people “when you get a chance.”
How This Works:
We contact you by phone or text when a job is available. You tell us yes or no — that’s it. No answer means the job goes to the next guy, no hard feelings. We’re not going to chase you down, and we’re not going to leave a customer hanging while we wait on a callback. If you’re on a job, shoot us a quick text — we get it. But if going dark is your habit, this won’t work for either of us.
You show up on time. You treat the customer’s home like it’s your grandmother’s house. You call us if something goes sideways. That’s the whole job.
One More Thing:
We are not looking to be your only source of income and we’re upfront about that. This works best for someone who already has their footing — financially and professionally — and wants to add solid, consistent work to their plate when it’s available. If you need a guaranteed paycheck every Friday, this isn’t it. If you’re self-sufficient and just want good calls without the hassle of running your own show, we should talk.
