Thompkins Contracting, Inc is currently searching for experienced Equipment Operators to join our growing team. This is a full time hourly position. Hours range between 40-50 +/- per week. All work performed will be in the industrial workplace.

Heavy Equipment Operator Requirements:

• Prior experience operating a variety of heavy equipment ( three years minimum ).
• Ability to efficiently operate Bulldozer, Wheel Loaders, Motor Grader, Etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• A sound understanding of pertinent safety guidelines.
• Capacity to provide and follow direction.
• Sharp decision-making skills, particularly when under pressure.
• Ability to work extended hours, as required.
• Must Maintain Equipment daily
