STAFFING MANAGER (Inside Sales)

What you'll be doing:
This is a sales role. Your job is to find companies that need to hire, build relationships with their decision-makers, and fill their open positions with great candidates. You'll prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close — every day. It's fast-paced, it's competitive, and the earning potential is real.
Your first 90 days are focused entirely on business development. You'll learn the process, build your target list, and start generating your own revenue.

- You've sold something before and you were good at it
- You're motivated by hitting goals, not just showing up
- You take feedback well and apply it fast
- You want to grow in your skills, your income, and your career
- You're a people person who also knows how to get things done
What we're NOT looking for:
- 20 years of sales experience across 12 industries
- Someone who wants to manage from day one
- Anyone who pushes back on structure or tracking
Compensation:
Base: $55,000 – $70,000
Year 1 OTE: $85,000+ (uncapped commission structure)
