The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional support through various channels including phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager, or Department Head, this role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving issues and processing orders using CRM and help desk tools. The representative plays a vital role in maintaining high customer retention rates and improving overall service performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support via phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately
  • Process customer orders and enter data into systems
  • Communicate effectively with customers to handle complaints and inquiries
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
  • Collect and report customer feedback for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
