What You Must Have

Mission Alignment: A deep commitment to the Christian conservative pro-life values and mission of Haven Center.

Clinical Expertise: Preference for a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in a clinical setting. A strong understanding of healthcare operations is essential.

Client Relations: Demonstrated expertise in fostering compassionate and judgment-free relationships with clients.

Volunteer Relationship Management: Proven ability in building, training, and retaining a dedicated volunteer team.

General Competencies: Exceptional leadership, problem-solving skills, and an extensive knowledge of community resources.
What You Will Do

Client Relationship Coordination: Follow-up calls, charting, education.

Volunteer Supervision: Scheduling, training, meetings.

Facility Management: Safety, disinfecting, supply management.

General Functions: Chart audits, continuing education, other duties as assigned.
