Job Title: Spotter Location: 5259 W 500 N, McCordsville, IN 46055 Duration: 4 Months Start Date: ASAP Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $16-$25/hour Openings: 4 Spotters
Job Description: We are currently hiring Spotters for a long-term project in McCordsville, IN. The primary responsibility of this role is to observe and assist technicians while they are operating lifts or working at elevated heights to ensure a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Observe technicians while operating lifts or working from elevated platforms</li>
<li>Maintain awareness of surrounding safety conditions</li>
<li>Assist with additional site tasks as needed</li>
<li>Follow all job site safety procedures and guidelines</li>
<li>Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality throughout the project</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to work onsite in a construction or industrial environment</li>
<li>Strong attention to safety and communication</li>
<li>Must provide own PPE:</li>
<ul>
<li>Class E Rated Hardhat</li>
<li>Safety-Toed Boots</li>
<li>Safety Glasses</li>
<li>Hi-Vis Vest/Shirt</li>
</ul>
</ul>
