What You'll Do as Admin Assistant
- Manage diverse administrative projects supporting the team while working independently
- Coordinate schedules, communications, and correspondence. ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Accurately track documentation, deliveries, and project timelines
- Conduct research and compile information to support sales operations
- Prepare reports, organize data, and maintain systematic records
