What You'll Do as Admin Assistant

  • Manage diverse administrative projects supporting the team while working independently
  • Coordinate schedules, communications, and correspondence. ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Accurately track documentation, deliveries, and project timelines
  • Conduct research and compile information to support sales operations
  • Prepare reports, organize data, and maintain systematic records
