Daytime, evening and weekend availability required
Performance-based salary: 100% commission-based plus bonus
Service Area: Essex County and neighboring areas
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation
- Door to Door sales
- Door hangers
- Networking Events
- Vendor Partnerships
Sales
- Manage and complete the Spray-Net sales process which includes
- o The customer consultation
- o Using our software to quote the job
- o Follow up with customers
- o Collect job deposits
- o Assist in colour selection (yes well train you and give you the tools to do so!)
- o After-sales support as needed with your customers
- Relationship building and maintenance
- Participation in home shows
- Mentor and coach new team members
- Promote positive brand image
- Play your part in blowing the customers mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and its the best part of our job)
- Sport our sweet swag and look like a pro!
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Languages: English
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Complete our online and on-site training program
- Valid drivers license
- Independent & self-motivated
- Strong time management & communication skills
- Flexible working hours
- A people person!
