Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated recruiter to support hiring for light industrial roles such as warehouse, manufacturing, and production. This role is ideal for someone with prior recruiting and customer-facing experience who is looking to grow in a fast-paced staffing environment. This position may involve on-site work at a client location and in our corporate office.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen applicants and match them to job requirements
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews
- Manage candidate pipeline and follow up regularly
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure completion of hiring documents
- Communicate with candidates regarding job details, schedules, and expectations
- Support attendance tracking and day-one check-ins
Qualifications
- 6+ months of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic computer skills (ATS experience is a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
