Job DescriptionProduction Associate/Assembler
Hourly Pay: $23.00/hour
Shifts Available: 2nd shift
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble radiators and radiator coils according to work orders, blueprints, and written instructions
- Measure, cut, and assemble metal and component parts using hand tools and measuring devices
- Accurately read tape measures daily to ensure parts meet exact specifications
- Use power drills and hand tools to fasten metal brackets and components with screws
- Inspect completed assemblies to verify quality and accuracy
- Maintain consistent production output and meet standard time expectations
- Follow all safety procedures and quality guidelines
- Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with workplace standards
- Communicate any issues with materials, equipment, or product quality to supervisors
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to read and understand tape measures accurately (required)
- Basic experience using hand tools and power tools such as drills
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings (preferred)
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Work Environment
- Manufacturing and assembly floor setting
- Exposure to machinery, tools, and moving parts
- PPE required as designated (safety glasses, gloves, etc.)

This is a Permanent position based out of Chaska, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.
