We are hiring for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Clerk for the Brentwood office, to directly support the President. As an Executive Clerk, you will perform a variety of highly responsible, confidential and complex administrative duties in a fast-paced, in-office position.
Your work requires administrative skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage a large volume of daily tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism.

Compensation for this position also includes:

Compensation:
$48,000 - $51,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide variety of complex, responsible, and confidential administrative functions such as:
- Manage, sort, prioritize, and summarize emails daily
- Forward and flag important communications for executive review
- Attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed.
- Follow up and provide updates on any pending projects, tasks, or forwarded emails
- Handle and maintain highly confidential information with discretion
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, scannin,g and filing
- Assist with planning and coordinating company and client events as needed
- Support events by organizing marketing materials and client gifts
- Collaborate with internal teams and support special projects as needed
- Represent the company with dignity and integrity, and maintain a professional relationship with co-workers, staff, and the public by utilizing principles of great customer service
- Contribute effectively to accomplishing the company’s goals, objectives, and activities
- Performs any other related duties as assigned/needed
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere tothe work schedule to conduct job responsibilities
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience is a plus
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Operation of office equipment, including personal computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, voicemail, and e-mail systems etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, or social platforms is a plus
- Must work on-site during standard business hours (no remote work)
- Background in escrow, title, real estate, or legal services is a plus
- Event planning or marketing support experience is a plus
