Demand Planner | Delta Township, MI
Salary Range: $65,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Delta Township region seeking Demand Planners. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to improve forecast accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain to optimize stock.
- Identify and mitigate potential demand-related risks and opportunities.
- Utilize demand planning software and statistical models to generate forecasts.
- Participate in S&OP meetings to present forecasts and discuss demand plans.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or a similar analytical role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast trends.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
