Job Description
- Supervise, mentor, and train HVAC Apprentice.
- Install HVAC equipment according to manufacturer's specifications. (Dont Wing It)
- Diagnose and repair electronic/mechanical components of HVAC systems.
- Efficiently identify and load equipment required to complete each job.
- Install refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, includes soldering and brazing.
- Install sheet metal and flex duct systems.
- Connect gas lines and heating equipment to code.
- Utilize all safety precautions and wear appropriate safety equipment at all times.
- Maintain proper stock of parts, tools, and safety equipment in company vehicle.
- Maintain a Clean and professional company vehicle at all times.
- Understand company pricing and generate appropriate invoices for customers at the job site.
- Establish (Positive) working relationships with customers, co-workers, and management. (Stay Cool)
- Collect customer payments. (We earn their money, not take it)
- Effectively communicate with Dispatch to ensure jobs are completed.
- Accurately document each job details and readings.
- Work with other Lead Techs as directed by management. (Teamwork)
- Any other assigned duties as directed by management.

Qualifications
- Valid drivers license and insurable driving record. (No Fake IDs!!!)
- High School diploma or equivalent. (No dropouts)
- EPA Type II Certification or better.
- 2+ years of HVAC experience. (Speed doesnt matter, forward is forward)
- Physical strength and dexterity: Easily lift up to 50 pounds. (Do you even lift, Bro?)
- Ability to work overtime including assigned on-call weekends.
- Own hand tools needed to perform daily operations. (precision tools dont count)
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
- Able to supervise, mentor, and train others in arespectful and professional manner.
- MOSTimportantly, have Fun, Laugh, Yolo, in a healthy and RESPECTFUL manner.
