Cornerstone Paving Inc, located in Dewitt NY, is in search of multiple full time laborers. Company with 30+ yeaar track record working in the public sector. We would like those with construction experience( not necessarily paving), but we are always looking for applications meeting the general criteria for our employment. Our work consists of 95% Posted Rate work, which is $65/hour plus depending on location, what benefits you take and your 401k contributions. All work is in the CNY area, YOU ARE HOME DAILY. The off rate hourly wage will depend on experience and credentials. We offer full medical, and dental if desired, as well as a comprehensive 401k plan with 100% employee match. Employment requirements:
-you must have reliable transportation to our Dewitt location daily
-ABSOLUTLEY must have clean and valid NYS Drivers license -as you will be required to drive from time to time. Some positions will require daily driving. NO EXCEPTIONS
-must be able to operate manual transmission and vehicle towing light duty trailer
-be relatively physically fit- be able to work long days in the high summer heat and sun doing physical activity
-you will be required to work 6 day weeks when asked to do so- we typically work 8-10 six-day weeks per year during our busy season when necessary- we absolutely try to work half days/ light days on Saturdays.
- must have enthusiastic attitude towards work and willingness to learn and pay attention
-must have at least 1 positive work reference
