Job Title: Medical Electronic Assembly Technician

Hemostasis, LLC designs, develops, manufactures and markets advanced hemostat and wound healing technologies for use in the medical device industry. We are currently seeking an Assembly Technician to add to our growing team. This role will interface in a collaborative team-based environment with manufacturing, research, quality, and regulatory to support and drive our growing business.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Soldering and assembly of small electronic components

· Construction, testing and inspection of medical devices

· Troubleshooting and repair of electronic assemblies

Qualifications: Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
(Minimum requirements)

· High School Diploma or higher

· 2+ years of experience soldering small electronic components

· Organizational Skills

· Good manual dexterity

· Excellent attention to detail

· Team mentality

· Positive attitude

· Strong Communication skills

· Understanding of ESD Controls

· Desired: Familiarity with IPC standards for electronic assemblies

Job Summary:

The Electronic Component Assembly Technician is primarily responsible for soldering and construction of our medical devices. This associate must be able to read, understand, and follow established procedures and product specifications, maintain orderly and safe working conditions as well as perform all duties in accordance with good manufacturing practices. The associate must maintain the accuracy of Lot History Records used during the manufacturing of the products.
