Job DescriptionSalary:
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Behavioral Health Technician to join our 24-hour residential program for young men (ages 13-35) recovering from substance abuse and mental health. This position will oversee daily operations and elevate the quality of care in our residential treatment program. This pivotal role involves assisting the Director of Residential Services and leading our Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), ensuring program integrity, and contributing directly to the well-being and success of our residents.
What You'll Do:
- Program Oversight: Enforce policies, manage daily operations, oversee crisis intervention and de-escalation, and ensure seamless integration of therapeutic services.
- Staff Leadership: Provide direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship to BHTs, fostering accountability and a cohesive work environment.
- Resident Support: Ensure consistent application of behavioral protocols and promote resident engagement in treatment and activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Residential Services, clinical team, and other departments to ensure holistic care and effective communication.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate program records, incident reports, and other required documentation.
What You'll Bring:
Experience:
- 3-5 years in a residential substance abuse and/or mental health treatment setting.
- 2+ years of supervisory or program management experience required.
- Non-profit experience is a plus.
