Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A critical role is available for a Registered Nurse with specialized experience in cardiac catheterization labs. This travel position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic cath lab environment, focusing on a variety of advanced cardiac procedures, including left heart catheterization (LHC), right heart catheterization (RHC), transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE's), cardioversions, and peripheral interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Circulate and monitor patients throughout cardiac procedures in the catheterization lab.
Collaborate with the medical team to ensure patient safety and optimal procedure outcomes.
Respond effectively during cardioversion and other critical interventions.
Participate in on-call rotations, floating, and holiday shifts as required.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active RN license.
Minimum of 2 years cath lab nursing experience.
Proficient in circulating and monitoring in LHC, RHC, TEEs, cardioversions, peripherals, and related cardiac procedures.
Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications.
Ability to work day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with call responsibilities (minimum 15 call days).
Flexibility for floating and holiday shifts.
