This is a selling position and competitive compensation with bonus

Responsibilities

  • Professional Development: Coach agents through structured business planning, mentorship, and skill-building sessions tailored to their unique goals and growth trajectories.
    Strategic Recruitment: Proactively attract and onboard talent whose values and ambitions align with our mission, fueling sustainable expansion and performance.
  • Inspiring Environment: Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and celebration—where agents feel supported, challenged, and excited to show up every day.
  • Clear Communication: Champion open, consistent communication across agents, staff, and leadership to foster transparency, alignment, and trust.
  • Agent Coaching & Development: Lead impactful training, one-on-one coaching, and business planning sessions to boost agent productivity and retention.
  • Recruitment & Talent Growth: Execute intentional outreach and recruitment strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified agents.
  • Team Engagement: Host office meetings focused on alignment, recognition, skill-building, and company updates.
  • Guide Agents: Guide Agents to leverage the full services of the company including marketing, transaction concierge, training, coaching, mentorship, Global Luxury, technology stack, and more

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales training desired
  • Real Estate license and at least 3-5 years experience in Real Estate Sales
  • Previous management and leadership experience desired
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
