What You'll Rock At Every Day:
- Benefits Architect: Designing and delivering a seamless experience for employee benefits programs, from open enrollment to day-to-day questions. You'll make benefits fun (or at least easy to understand!).
- Onboarding Navigator: Guiding new hires through their benefits journey, ensuring a warm welcome and a clear path to understanding their perks.
- Life Event Magician: Processing significant life changes (marriage, new dependents, etc.) with efficiency and a caring touch, coordinating with brokers and payroll.
- Digital Dynamo: Keeping our HRIS and records sparkling clean and up-to-date because organized data makes everyone's lives better!
- Safety Net Specialist: Managing Workers' Compensation and disability claims, being a steady hand and clear communicator when our team members need it most.
- Leave Guru: Expertly handling medical and military leaves, working with employees and healthcare providers to ensure compliance and support.
- Retirement Readiness Coach: Empowering employees to plan for their future by providing clear retirement education and assistance.
- Collaboration Captain: Partnering with payroll and department leaders to ensure accurate pay and smooth transitions for employees on leave.
- Wellness Advocate: Overseeing our EAP program and ensuring our employees have access to vital support resources.
- Guardian of Accuracy: Diligently auditing benefits bills and panel physicians to ensure everything is spot-on.
