Pediatrician – Outpatient Community Health Practice
Location: San Francisco, California

Position Overview

The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to pediatric patients from birth through adolescence. The role includes preventive care, well-child visits, immunizations, acute care, chronic condition management, and developmental screening in a community clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient pediatric care for patients ages 0–19

  • Conduct well-child visits, physical exams, and preventive care

  • Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions

  • Administer immunizations and perform developmental screenings

  • Provide patient and family education and anticipatory guidance

  • Coordinate referrals and follow-up with specialists as needed

  • Document care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation range: $260k+ annually, based on experience and scope

Candidate Qualifications

  • MD or DO

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

  • Eligible for California medical licensure

  • DEA registration (or eligibility)

  • Experience with underserved or community-based care preferred

  • Bilingual skills a plus
