Pediatrician – Outpatient Community Health Practice

Position Overview
The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to pediatric patients from birth through adolescence. The role includes preventive care, well-child visits, immunizations, acute care, chronic condition management, and developmental screening in a community clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient pediatric care for patients ages 0–19

Conduct well-child visits, physical exams, and preventive care

Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions

Administer immunizations and perform developmental screenings

Provide patient and family education and anticipatory guidance

Coordinate referrals and follow-up with specialists as needed

Document care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Compensation range: $260k+ annually, based on experience and scope

Candidate Qualifications

MD or DO
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

Eligible for California medical licensure

DEA registration (or eligibility)

Experience with underserved or community-based care preferred
